You are a skilled visual storyteller with a natural instinct for how design, typography, and motion draw your audience in and guide them through an engaging experience, no matter the medium. You are happiest when designing dynamic digital experiences; you know how to transform a presentation into a rich, visual narrative; and you love to move into print when the subject matter demands it. Regardless of the project, you bring an inventive spirit to your work, always looking for ways to respond to a brief from a new angle.
We are seeking a multidisciplinary art director with a passion for design-led storytelling. This role will focus primarily on shaping GDP’s own platforms—including our website, presentations, and printed publications. The work will span a range of formats and materials, with each project driven by the particular story and opportunity. Many projects will connect to business development efforts; all of them will help shape GDP’s brand and storytelling efforts.
Godfrey Dadich Partners brings the best of journalism, strategy, and design together into The New Editorial. We believe that telling our own story is a critical part of this work. As art director, special projects, you will collaborate closely with the co-founders and partners to pitch, design, and refine story-driven projects across platforms.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City.
